Walt Disney World Announces Extensive New Fall Menu Additions Across Parks and Resorts

Walt Disney World is introducing a massive collection of new food and beverage options this fall, bringing creative flavor additions to theme parks, water parks, resort hotels, and Disney Springs. The seasonal lineup spans breakfast items, specialty churros, frozen slushes, milkshakes, and cocktails.

Breakfast menus at resort quick-service locations are receiving whimsical updates featuring customized character-shaped waffles and pancakes served with bacon and sausage. Guests can visit Landscape of Flavors at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort to try Birthday Cake Waffles and Pancakes topped with birthday cake custard, cake crumbles, and rainbow sprinkles. Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, Riverside Mill Food Court, and Everything POP Shopping & Dining are serving Mickey-shaped Strawberry Waffles and Strawberry Pancakes with creamy vanilla custard. Additional breakfast varieties include Caramel-Banana items with streusel at End Zone Food Court, Fruit Cereal items with custard at Intermission Food Court, and Candy Bar items featuring cookie bar pieces, caramel, and chocolate sauce at World Premiere Food Court.

The iconic park churro is also getting a substantial refresh. Anaheim Produce at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is offering Bavarian Cream-filled Churros with chocolate sauce, while Ice Cold Hydraulics features Cookie Butter Mini Churros with cookie butter cream and crushed cookies. Over at Magic Kingdom, Energy Bytes is introducing Churro Overdrive with cookies and cream mini churros, blue sugar, and marshmallow. Other highlights include the Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae at EPCOT, the Maple Bacon Churro Fries at Avalunch in Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and the DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae at Warung Outpost in Animal Kingdom, with a future debut planned for Happy Landings at Typhoon Lagoon in 2027.

For guests looking to cool down, Disney World is adding an extensive array of frozen slushes and milkshakes in both non-alcoholic and spirited variations. The Key Lime Dream blends Minute Maid Limeade and key lime with sweet cream and graham cracker crumbs, and the Golden Frozen Flame mixes Minute Maid Lemonade with honey, chile, and passion fruit, orange, and guava flavors. Adult slush options feature the Old Fashioned Freeze made with Woodford Reserve Bourbon and the Blackberry Cobbler featuring Jack Daniel’s Blackberry Whiskey.

Milkshake additions include the S’mores Gelato Milkshake at Connections Eatery in EPCOT and the Steamboat Willie Milkshake topped with cookies and cream churros at The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom. Guests aged 21 and older can also enjoy espresso martini milkshakes at Whispering Canyon Cafe and Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater.

A wide variety of non-alcoholic specialty beverages and alcoholic cocktails are joining menus as well. The Enchanted Grove Lime Splash pairs limeade with cucumber and mint across multiple locations, while the Rose & Crown Dining Room and Pub at EPCOT is adding several new drinks, including Dublin After Dark, which combines cold brew coffee liqueur and Guinness Draught.
