Walt Disney World is preparing for the official reopening of The Turf Club Bar and Grill at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa on September 30. The restaurant has been closed for a refurbishment project, while The Turf Club Lounge reopened last month.

The table-service dining location is themed around turn-of-the-century Upstate New York and racing culture, featuring vintage equestrian memorabilia and views overlooking the golf course greens, Lake Buena Vista, and Disney Springs. When guests return on September 30, they will find a revised menu featuring new options alongside familiar favorites across appetizers, entrées, desserts, and cocktails.

The appetizer selection welcomes new Crispy Chicken Wings served with a choice of buffalo or garlic-Parmesan sauce, blue cheese, and celery, while the Onion Ring Tower has been removed. Returning items include the French Onion Soup and Sweet-and-Spicy Brussels Sprouts. The Golden-fried Calamari now features shishito peppers, toasted sesame aïoli, and sweet chili-lime sauce, and the Wedge Salad includes pickled red onions along with a marigold garnish from The Land Pavilion at EPCOT. A new Lemon Butter Shrimp dish also joins the appetizer offerings with sun-dried tomatoes, feta, capers, and toasted bread.

Several familiar entrées have been replaced. The Bourbon-Apple Glazed Pork Chop is replaced by a Braised Pork Shank served with New York cheddar grits and a bacon-bourbon glaze. The Char-grilled New York Strip Steak is replaced by a Char-grilled Butcher’s Steak with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and house-made steak sauce. The plant-based Tempura-fried Hen of the Wood Mushroom has been replaced by Spinach and Mushroom Linguini featuring mushroom cream sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and basil-tofu ricotta. Additionally, the Buttermilk-fried Herb Chicken has been replaced by Corn Flake-breaded Fried Chicken and Waffle with roasted jalapeño maple syrup and candied bacon butter.

Several entrée enhancements have been eliminated, including Caramelized Scallops with Bacon Glaze, Parmesan-crusted Shrimp, and the Turf Club Butter Board. Meanwhile, returning entrée favorites include Slow-roasted Prime Rib, Smoked Salmon-wrapped Halibut featuring a nasturtium garnish from The Land Pavilion at EPCOT, the Turf Club Burger served with seasoned waffle fries, and Pappardelle Shrimp Pasta.

The dessert menu has been completely revamped, removing previous items such as the Signature Chocolate Cake, New York-style Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée, and Seasonal Cobbler. The new dessert lineup includes a Chocolate-Hazelnut Cake with hazelnut mousse and berry sauce, a Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with strawberry sauce and graham crumb, Salted Caramel Pot de Crème with vanilla bean panna cotta and pecan crunch, and a plant-based Apple Tart with caramel sauce, streusel, and gelato.

The beverage menu features racing-themed cocktail additions such as The Saratoga Cocktail, the Winner’s Circle Margarita, the New York Old Fashioned, and the Grandstand Martini. Other drink options include wine, beer, hard seltzer, non-alcoholic specialties like the Enchanted Grove Lime Splash, and Joffrey’s coffee selections.
