Guests planning a trip to Walt Disney World for the upcoming holiday season can soon book a popular dining experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Reservations for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby will officially open on September 17, 2026.

The experience takes place exclusively during Disney Jollywood Nights, which is a separately ticketed holiday event held on select nights. Because capacity is limited, guests are encouraged to secure their reservations early. The event dates for Jollywood Nights span from November through early January, specifically taking place on November 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, and 28, December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, and 23, and concluding in the new year on January 3 and 5, 2027.

Jollywood Nights runs from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with event ticketholders permitted to enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting at 5:30 p.m. Tickets for the party range from $169 to $199 per person, plus tax, depending on the chosen date. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members are eligible for a $10 discount per ticket across all event nights. A valid event ticket is required to attend Jazzy Holidays, and party admission must be purchased separately from the dining reservation. Food and beverages ordered during the experience are also not included with the event ticket price.

During Jazzy Holidays, The Hollywood Brown Derby transforms into a quieter, adult-oriented lounge experience featuring a live pianist playing holiday music and jazzy tunes. The restaurant will exclusively offer an event-specific menu of craft cocktails and light bites, meaning the standard dinner menu will not be available.

Confirmed menu items for this year include Jazzy Sliders made with bison and pork, onion jam, and Gorgonzola cheese on a brioche roll. Guests can also order Chorizo Arancini served with shaved Parmesan and Salmorejo tomato sauce, or Pork Belly Bao featuring Korean barbecue, cucumber slaw, and soy vinaigrette. A plant-based Tofu Bao option includes seared tofu with cucumber slaw and soy vinaigrette. Rounding out the food selections is Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori prepared with crispy rice, passion fruit-soy marinated chicken, cilantro aioli, and watermelon radish.

On the beverage side, the confirmed cocktail lineup includes the Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita, made with Flecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Cointreau liqueur, lime juice, and a house-made cranberry-jalapeño simple syrup. Full menu details and additional offerings may be announced as the holiday season approaches.
