Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar Prepares to Launch Seasonal Menu at Disney Springs

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs is transforming into Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar for the upcoming festive season, bringing back seasonal decor alongside a newly revealed menu. The holiday overlay runs from November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027, at the Indiana Jones-themed lounge located in The Landing.

The seasonal food lineup features several new shareable plates alongside a couple of returning favorites. New items include Holiday Freight Rolls filled with pork, beef, and sweet potato served with sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce, and the North Pole Catch, which offers smoked trout dip, lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese, and fish and shrimp cakes with citrus mustard aioli. Guests can also order the new Oh Christmas Brie featuring crispy Danish brie, lingonberry marmalade, and candied black pepper bacon. Additional new food additions include Present Perfect Croquettes consisting of crispy fried turkey croquettes with a cherry-orange brandy glaze, and Tinsel and Tender Bites featuring cabernet-braised short ribs, spiced macadamia nuts, and cauliflower purée.

Returning food items for the holiday season include A Wreath of Wellington made with strip steak, mushroom duxelles, gruyère, puff pastry, herbed Parmesan, and horseradish-mustard aioli, alongside Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs prepared with sweet potato filling, fried chicken, herbed butter, cranberry, and parsley.

The beverage menu features a variety of new alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. The headliner on the drink side is the Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight featuring hot cocoa by Joffrey’s Coffee. This flight includes three distinct selections: a dark hot chocolate with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and cinnamon syrup; a white hot chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord; and a dark hot chocolate with Malibu Coconut Rum and Baileys Original Irish Cream.

Other new cocktails include the Cranberry Apple Compass Mule made with Hendrick’s Gin, apple cider, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and ginger beer; the Frosted Passage Martini combining Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, Bols Crème de Cacao White Liqueur, and cream; and the Holiday Cranberry Negroni featuring Hendrick’s Gin, Campari Liqueur, Martini and Rossi Sweet Vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup. For guests seeking a non-alcoholic beverage, the new Hangar Holly Jolly blends Minute Maid Apple Juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice, and Seagram’s Ginger Ale.
