Disney and Make-A-Wish Celebrate 40 Years with Wishes Come True Blue Color Collection

October 24, 2020

To honor the 40-year relationship between Disney and Make-A-Wish, Disney has announced they we are launching three all-new product offerings – each with a charitable component – over the next few months.  First up, Disney has debuted the latest color collection, Wishes Come True Blue.

The Wishes Come True Blue color collection is already in select Disney Parks around the world, the Disney store and online at shopDisney.  Inspired by Make-A-Wish, this collection celebrates 40 years of Disney and Make-A-Wish working together to grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.  With the purchase of any item in the Wishes Come True Blue Color Collection now through World Wish Day 2021 (April 29, 2021) in the US, Canada and across Europe, Disney will donate 25% of the purchase price (up to US $500,000) to Make-A-Wish.

“I hope this new collection of Make-A-Wish-inspired items will bring joy to guests much like Disney wishes have brought joy to wish kids for the last 40 years,” said Make-A-Wish President and CEO Richard K. Davis. “Disney is the largest wish-granter on earth, and we’re thankful for everyone who helps transform lives by supporting our organization and making wishes come true.”

In honor of this launch, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products is donating 10,000 cloth face masks from the collection to Make-A-Wish.
