Walt Disney World has officially released the complete specialty menus and foodie guides for the upcoming season of Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The separately ticketed holiday event runs on select nights from November 7, 2026, through January 5, 2027.

The newly revealed lineup features more than twenty new items distributed across eighteen locations throughout the park, alongside returning guest favorites like the Birria Taco, Hickory Holiday Mac, and the Christmas Gertie Cookie. Disney has not yet released pricing details for the event menu items, and all offerings are subject to change and availability.

New culinary additions are featured prominently across the park. Fairfax Fare on Sunset Boulevard introduces the Yuletide Ham Popover, which contains honey-glazed ham and creamy mashed potatoes topped with gravy and cranberry chutney inside a house-made popover. Fairfax Fare also debuts A TWIX on a Classic Pie, featuring TWIX cookie bar pieces, caramel mousse, and chocolate ganache on a shortbread cookie crust. Over at Pixar Plaza, the Market location introduces the Partysaurus Rex Brookie, combining a chocolate chip cookie brownie with white chocolate ganache, rainbow sprinkles, and a sugar cookie.

Beverage menus are expanding with several new options, including the Checkin’ It Twice Lounge located in Animation Courtyard. This new lounge features a live DJ, evening entertainment, and four brand-new drinks: the non-alcoholic Candy Cane Cooler, Fizz the Season, the Not-So-Hot-Toddy, and the Snow-hopper. Additional new drinks include the Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori and Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita at Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, and the Bauble & Bright cocktail served in a souvenir cup at the Tune-In Lounge.

Annual Passholders can visit an exclusive snack cart located across from the Beverly Sunset Boutique to try the new Golden Gimlet and the non-alcoholic Golden Cheer, both topped with edible glitter and Sprite. A variety of plant-based options are also available across the park, including Gingerbread Bites at The Trolley Car Café, Ice Cold Hydraulics, and select outdoor vending locations, alongside the Tofu Bao at The Hollywood Brown Derby, Cauliflower Taco at ABC Commissary, and Sleigh Bell Brussels Sprouts at Backlot Express.

Jollywood Nights event tickets are required for entry to the festivities, and guests are encouraged to purchase admission in advance.
